We want you to love your new frames, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or through the confirmation email.

Pack Your Frames

Securely place your eyewear and all original accessories into the shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress.
